for people tired of chasing trends

Hey - Robert here.

In today’s edition:

  • How I hit 100K followers in 8 months

  • The 3 tactics anyone can copy

  • Actionable tips to sharpen your strategy

It all started on November 20, 2024.

I hit publish on my very first post on @peakshiit.

Fast forward 8 months…

That account just passed 100,000 followers.

A big milestone, but also the result of a lot of trial and error.

I’ve always said my goal isn’t just growth

It’s helping you create content with purpose, content that builds trust and brings in real leads.

So today, I’m sharing the 4 exact tactics that helped me hit 100K followers.

Let’s dive in.

1. I Focused on Strategic Content

Posting content without a strategy is like sailing without a map.

If you don’t know where you’re going, it’s easy to drift.

For Peakshiit, the goal was never just to go viral.

It was to generate real, high-intent leads.

That’s why I skipped the first part of the content funnel (attention) and focused on the second:

Awareness → Consideration → Sale

Was every post a hit? Nope.

But many got 50K–700K views, and those brought in thousands of leads.

Because when your content consistently delivers value…

This happens:

  • Your followers actually convert

  • You build trust way faster

  • You can generate more leads

If your goal is to generate leads…

Spend less time chasing trends and more time building value that moves people toward action.

2. I Doubled Down on What Worked

Here’s what most creators miss:

You don’t need a brand-new idea every time.

If something worked once, chances are it’ll work again with a few smart tweaks.

This is how I’ve been able to post every single day without burning out.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Find the format or concept that performed well

  • Identify what worked: Was it the hook? The visuals? The script?

  • Tweak and reuse it for a new video

  • Track performance and keep iterating

Think of this as creating content patterns, not one-off posts.

It’s how you stay consistent, without hitting creative fatigue.

3. I Built Quiet Content Series

You’ve probably seen the “Day 1, Day 2” series trend.

But you don’t have to label your series for it to work.

All I did was post consistently around 3 core topics in a repeatable style.

And that’s what led to some of the most trusted, high-converting content I’ve made.

Here were my 3 series:

  • Branding (design, tips, secrets)

  • Marketing (IG marketing, marketing rules, tactics)

  • Psychology (sales secrets, buyer triggers)

This worked because:

  • Predictability builds trust, your audience knows what’s coming

  • Familiarity builds authority, the more they see it, the more they believe you

  • Repeatability builds momentum, you’re never starting from zero

You can start by turning one single idea into a system.

From there, see what works and if you can sustain it long-term.

4. I Stole Like a Smart Creator

There’s a quote I love:

“Good artists copy. Great artists steal.”

The smartest creators in your niche?

They’re not reinventing the wheel, they’re reverse-engineering it.

Every time I saw a video go viral, I asked:

  • What made it work?

  • What part can I repurpose into my voice?

  • How can I adapt it for my audience?

This helped me post videos that hit over a million views without copying.

The key is intentional theft, not copying others’ work.

Just borrow the proven parts and make them yours.

When done right, it saves time and helps you find your voice.

That’s how I hit 100K followers.

Not by chasing algorithms.

Not by being everywhere.

But by building a repeatable system that served a clear purpose.

If you want to do the same:

  • Start with a clear strategy

  • Test what works and iterate

  • Keep your audience at the center

Everything’s possible when you put your mind to it.
